Please be noted the following before proceeding with your orders:1. This shop is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Therefore, the shipment will be handled by Pos Indonesia's [Pos Ekspor] or Rayspeed.2. Prices listed on this website exclude SHIPMENT FEE.3. Payment methods for International orders will be through PAYPAL or WISE. Each has different exchange rates and tax, the price will be different depending on the chosen service and shipment fee.4. Price includes packaging.5. Please double-check your form before submitting it. Any errors from the customer will not be under Hie's responsibility.

Indonesia Orders

Sebelum memesan, harap baca ketentuan berikut:1. Toko ini berbasis di Jakarta, Indonesia.2. Pengiriman bisa melalui TIKI, Gojek, Grab, Lalamove, AnterAja, JNE. Silahkan bicarakan dengan @hiehiemi (twitter) terlebih dahulu.3. Harga yang tertera di portfolio ini tidak termasuk ongkir.4. Pembayaran bisa melalui transfer bank (BCA), OVO (dikenakan biaya admin 1.000), Gopay (dikenakan biaya admin 2.500), CO Tokopedia dan Shopee. Bila mana ada kesulitan saat pembayaran, harap hubungi @hiehiemi.5. Pembayaran bisa melalui sistem DP atau Full-payment. Barang akan dikirim hanya setelah pembayaran lunas.6. Perbedaan harga ongkir sangat mungkin terjadi dari jasa pengiriman. Jika terjadi, @hiehiemi akan membicarakannya dengan kustomer yang bersangkutan.

Refund policies

International Orders

As it is impossible to resend the products again due to the excessive shipping fee, Iviory will return the money up to 70% depending on the damages on the received product.However, the shop owner will not be responsible if the product is damaged by the shipment service. But, Iviory will be willing to help to solve the issue with the shipment service if possible.

Indonesia Orders

Jika terjadi kecacatan produk seperti jahitan kurang rapih, kain sobek dll (sedangkan kondisi packaging masih rapih tanpa cacat), maka Iviory akan mengirimkan produk baru (ongkir ditanggung seller) atau direfund sampai 70%.Tetapi, seller tidak akan mempertanggung jawabkan kecacatan produk apabila kelalaian dilakukan oleh JASA PENGIRIMAN.
